Method for electromagnetic compatibility support under cognitive distribution of the space-time resource in mobile communication networks

Abstract

The problem of the space-time resource distribution in the mobile communication network is considered. The solution is proposed based on the space-time domain, when a narrow beam of a width less than a degree, is given to each of the active subscribers.
