Температурная зависимость параметров высокопервеансных трехэлектродных электронных пушек
Abstract
В работе исследуется влияние изменения температуры катода на ускоряющий потенциал, коэффициент токопрохождения и первеанс трехэлектродной пушки и продольной компрессией электронного пучка для четырех типов катодов, работающих в режиме насыщения. С помощью известного выражения для распределения потенциала в сферическом диоде и формул, определяющих взаимосвязь параметров трехэлектродной пушки, получены соотношения для температурной зависимости этих параметров.Downloads
