О возможности использования туннельных диодов для деления электрических колебаний

Abstract

Рассматривается схема делителя электрических колебаний с использованием туннельных диодов. Показано, что такая схема позволяет получить точное деление одного колебания на другое при знакопостоянном напряжении - делителе. Указана рекомендация по выбору образцов туннельных диодов для конкретных схем.
